When you complete The Inflammation Connection Assessment, we collect your first name, email address, and the answers you provide to the quiz questions. We also generate a set of inflammation scores from your answers and a written summary using AI.
The assessment is a wellness self-screen. It is not a clinical record and is not designed to collect protected health information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA or similar regulations. Please do not enter identifying medical record numbers or other clinical identifiers.
Your answers are sent to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) over an encrypted connection in order to generate your free summary and personalised protocol. We do not retain prompts or responses with the AI provider beyond what is necessary to deliver your results, and the AI provider does not use your data to train models.
We retain your assessment record so you can return to your results and download your protocol later. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us at the email associated with guthealthprogram.com. Records that have not been accessed for 12 months are eligible for automatic deletion.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with marketing partners. The only third parties involved are the AI provider used to generate your protocol and the payment processor used to handle the optional $47 upgrade.
We use minimal first-party cookies required for the assessment to function. We do not use cross-site tracking or third-party advertising cookies.
